Poster Abstract This multimedia poster will provide an overview and demonstration of Telementoring Orchestrator, a new server-side software tool to help organizations organize and support on-line mentoring relationships. The demonstration will explore the capabilities and potential uses of the software, as well as the rationale behind its design. By making explicit the assumptions Telementoring Orchestrator makes about telementoring programs and telementoring relationships, the poster will help potential users understand the range of programs and initiatives the software might support in its current form. We also hope to develop ideas with Institute participants about and research they might like to carry out using the software, and/or feature extensions they would like to see pursued.
